Aubrey J. Sherman is the managing partner. In his estate planning practise, Aubrey assists clients in drafting comprehensive Wills and Trusts to meet their goals, protect their legacy, and to minimize taxation and probate fees. He also advises estate trustees though the process and challenges they face in properly administering estates, and assists them in the court appointment and probate process.
Aubrey is a distinguished volunteer philanthropist, was a past recipient of the Philanthropist of the Year Award from Waterloo Wellington Fundraising Executives (WWFRE), and received the K-W Kinsmen Club Award for Community Service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Agency of Family and Children’s Services of the Waterloo Region.
