Courier, Delivery, and Personal Attendance
During COVID-19, all courier and delivery services will need to be pre-arranged with our office by calling reception. Our phones and emails continue to be answered during our posted hours of operation, but our office building is locked. Please call reception upon arrival for access to the building.
Face coverings are required by law
All visitors are required to wear a face covering to enter the building and while in attendance at our firm in accordance with Region of Waterloo by-law.
Hours of Operation
September 8 to May 1
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We close daily for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
May 4 to September 4
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
We close daily for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. except for Friday.
All other times by appointment only.
We observe and close for all statutory holidays.
Methods of Payment
We accept cheque and Interac e-Transfer.
We are not presently accepting cash until further notice.
Our firm and building is wheelchair accessible with an elevator. If you require any mobility and accessibility accommodations, please notify our office at the time of scheduling an appointment.
